Letting a unit: the title deed matters
RAK Municipality's online tenancy registration works only where a title deed exists, and it asks for the signed contract plus both parties' Emirates IDs. Completed freehold units in Mina Al Arab normally have a deed, which makes the online route straightforward. If a unit is still under an off-plan sale agreement, the online service does not apply and we explain the alternative before your tenant's visa is held up.
Once registered, the stamped contract is emailed within about a working day, and we attach it to the tenant's ICP file immediately.
