The Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge runs a Golden Visa Policy for Educators covering teachers, principals and school leaders at RAK private schools. Ras Al Khaimah created its own golden visa route for private school staff. Eligible roles are vice and assistant principals, heads of department, school directors and teachers; administrators and board members are outside it. You need a valid MoE or DOK appointment letter, a master's or PhD with an equivalency certificate if earned abroad, and three years living and working in the emirate.
Teachers show at least three of six contributions, such as student results, recognition, support for students of determination or innovative teaching, and confirm contract renewal for the next academic year. Leaders add evidence of an improved school rating and a board endorsement. We build that evidence pack with you, submit it through DOK's form, and once DOK confirms, file with ICP.

Property owners in RAK use the investor route. The evaluation letter from the Real Estate Registration Department, addressed to ICP Ras Al Khaimah, is the key document. Off-plan and completed units are both accepted, and several properties can be combined, provided the total meets the minimum set by ICP at the time of application.
