Ajman's Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation carries out property valuations used for golden residency. In August 2025, 107 of its 155 valuations were linked to golden visa applications, about 69 percent.

Ajman created a formal real estate contribution system in 2025, allowing groups of investors to fund land, older buildings or unfinished projects together.
